- Our operations are powered by a skilled team of 50 employees working within a well-structured 25,000 sq. ft. facility, housed in a building with a basement and three floors, designed to support efficient and organized production flow.
Machinery & Equipment
- We are equipped with 200 high-performance sewing machines, 4 cutting machines, and 35 cutting tables—ensuring large-scale manufacturing with precision and speed. Our setup also includes 2 Kaj button machines for detailed finishing work.
Finishing & Ironing Section
- To maintain a polished final product, our facility is equipped with 10 ironing tables, ensuring every garment is finished to perfection before packaging and dispatch.
Quality Control & Testing
- Our in-house testing lab, equipped with Testex and Inter Tack equipment, enables us to maintain stringent quality standards across all garments, ensuring compliance with international requirements.
Integrated Production Setup
- From cutting and stitching to finishing and quality checks, our facility offers an end-to-end, in-house manufacturing solution designed to meet high-volume demands with consistent quality and timely delivery.
